MSOLI
The MS in Organizational Leadership & Innovation is designed for working professionals seeking to maintain their career while completing a Master’s degree.
The Zelikow School is pluralistic, non-denominational and welcomes students seeking to build a more perfect world. Develop the nonprofit know-how to propel your career or launch your own organization. Students build on fundamental knowledge and expand their leadership capabilities in the following core competencies:

- Applied Jewish Wisdom.
Degree Requirements
- Virtual Summer Courses: 2 virtual summers of coursework totaling 34 credits (minimum) in Jewish Studies, Jewish Communal Dynamics, and Nonprofit Management.
- Fieldwork: Get credit for your job in the Jewish nonprofit sector. An experiential learning environment created by a combination of cohort-meetings, 1:1 meetings with a faculty advisor and get paired with a professional mentor.
- Summer Kick-off Intensives: These 5-day immersive experiences held at the beginning of each summer in various North American Jewish communities, enable you to learn more about the sector while also connecting in-person with fellow students and faculty.
- Capstone Project (optional): Our Capstone Course, titled “Lean Launchpad for the Jewish Nonprofit” replicates the experience of a high-tech business accelerator to develop leaders who can innovate within existing organizations or launch their own startup.
- Seminar in Global Nonprofit Innovation (optional): The Windmueller Israel Seminar is an immersive experience that takes place during winter break every other year and is designed to introduce Jewish professional leaders to the social, political and cultural dynamics of contemporary Israel.
