Our summer session will begin with a 5-day immersive, in-person experience, set against the backdrop of sunny Los Angeles, California. Students will then participate in a 6-week session of coursework in a virtual capacity.
The 5-day immersive experience will include an orientation to the program and a course on innovation and creative problem solving with cohort-building components that will serve to develop and strengthen the relationships between students and faculty. Following the intensive in Los Angeles, the remaining 6-weeks of online coursework will allow our students to study and develop their skills from any location.
The in-person component of the Zelikow School program is mandatory for all Zschool students. Part of the immersive experience will consist of a 1-unit course (MGT515: Fundamentals of Creative Problem Solving), which is a graduation requirement.

We are proud that when our alumni share their experience of learning at the Zelikow School they often speak of the ethic of care we maintain for our students. We are excited to test this new format to innovate on new ways of connecting and practice what we teach in leading creatively as we shape and redefine the boundaries of community. This is what our curriculum is intended to teach and what we believe is needed to lead the business of Jewish life.
