In addition to a strong academic background, we are looking for effective communication skills, both oral and written, a record of involvement in Jewish life, including Israel experience, and highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Prior work experience is preferred. Students who have not completed the equivalent of one year of college-level Hebrew prior to enrollment will be required to take a non-credit course in "Introductory Hebrew for Jewish Professionals" to fulfill the Hebrew requirement.
